ABSTRACT:
The topic was backed up in clinical trial research by a thorough breakdown of the various trial phases. A clinical trial is an investigation conducted on human subjects to address a particular health concern. This contains a full description of the study, its goal, monitoring clinical trials, ethical considerations, trial designs, ethical conduct, ICH GCP principles, high-quality data, creating novel devices, procedures, and the clinical study's conclusion. Our investigation reveals how the medication enters the market and the different stages it must pass. Our research also shown that clinical studies involving animals cannot proceed without their involvement. This is because graphs make it simple to comprehend the general picture of a clinical trial study. Clinical trials are a cornerstone of medical research, providing critical evidence for the safety and efficacy of new treatments. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of various types of clinical trials, include cross-sectional studies, cohort studies, case-control studies, and randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The study explores the methodological differences between these trial types, their respective advantages and disadvantages, and their roles in different phases of drug development. We also examine the ethical considerations and regulatory requirements that govern clinical trials, with a particular focus on informed consent, patient safety, and data integrity.
